Biman Bangladesh Posts Record Tk 937 Crore Profit in FY25
Reading Time: < 1 minute Biman Bangladesh Airlines has reported the highest profit in its 55-year history, posting a net profit of Tk 937 crore for the fiscal year 2024-25. The figure, confirmed by the airline on Monday, nearly doubles its previous record of Tk 440 crore in FY 2021-22. Biman officials said the result reflects stronger operational efficiency, improved passenger services, and tighter cost control measures. Over the year, the national flag carrier carried 3.4 million passengers and transported 43,918 tonnes of cargo, achieving a healthy cabin factor of 82 percent.
