Key Changes Major General Moin Khan, GOC of the 9th Infantry Division in Savar, retired on 21 August after a distinguished career. Major General S M Asadul Haque, previously GOC of Bogura Cantonment, has been appointed as the new GOC of the 9th Infantry Division, replacing Maj Gen Moin Khan.
