MFI-17 Super Mushshak Primary Training Aircraft

Reading Time: 4 minutes Manufacturer Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) developed and manufactured the MFI-17 Super Mushshak in Pakistan for domestic and international end-users including the Bangladesh Air Force. Role and Mission Profile The Super Mushshak is a primary/basic military trainer aircraft designed to support ab initio flying training for air force cadets and student pilots. Within the Bangladesh Air Force, the aircraft is employed for primary flight instruction, basic aerobatic manoeuvres, instrument flying training, navigation under visual flight rules with limited instrument flight rules exposure, initial formation flying, and the screening and selection of pilot candidates. The platform provides a cost-effective and reliable training solution that effectively bridges the gap between elementary flying training and more advanced turboprop or jet trainer aircraft.
